There May Be More to Sell in the Cars You Already Own
A wrecked car may still have valuable doors, mirrors, seats, wheels, lights, electronics, and other usable parts.
We propose building a system that helps your business organize those parts, advertise them, and sell them to car dealers, repair shops, and everyday customers.
You do not need to take the whole car apart first. Approved parts can stay on the vehicle until someone orders them.
What We Will Build for Your Business
Your Branded Online Parts Store
A website customized with your business name, branding, and contact information.
Customers can:
- Search your available parts.
- See pictures, prices, and condition.
- Ask whether a part fits their car.
- Buy approved parts and pay online.
- Choose pickup or available shipping.
- Receive order and shipping updates.
Your Employee App
A simple workspace your team can use from a phone, tablet, or computer.
Employees can:
- Add salvage cars and pictures.
- Review suggested parts and prices.
- Approve parts for sale.
- Record where each car or part is located.
- Receive orders and removal instructions.
- Update shipping or pickup status.
Both Work Together
The app and website share the same parts list. Add an approved part in the app, and it appears on the website. Sell it on the website, and the app tells your employee. Mark it shipped in the app, and the customer receives an update.
Your team enters the information once.
How It Works
Add the Car
Enter the VIN (the car's identification number), mileage, known damage, and where the car is parked. Take pictures of the outside, inside, engine area, and damaged spots.
Let AI Help Prepare the Parts List
AI is a computer helper. It uses the photos and car information to suggest parts worth checking and draft their descriptions.
Approve the Listings
AI can suggest prices when useful market information is available. You approve the selling price, condition, and fit information. Parts can remain on the car until sold.
Customers Shop and Pay
Approved parts appear on your website. Customers see the details and buy online. If fit is uncertain, the buyer sends a VIN or part number for confirmation.
Your Employee Gets the Order
The system reserves the purchased part and sends a notice such as: βTransmission sold. Car 28, Row B. Remove it and prepare the order.β
Pull, Check, and Ship
The employee removes and checks the part, then packs it for shipping or pickup. Once tracking is added or pickup is marked ready, the customer receives an update.
A front-end crash does not prove every part behind it is good. Your employee checks and approves what can be offered for sale. Pictures alone cannot prove an engine, transmission, or computer works. Listings may use example photos that you have permission to use, clearly labeled: βExample photo. Actual part is still on the car.β Include real photos of the donor car and close-ups of the attached part when possible. Parts that need more checking use a request button instead of immediate checkout.
Help More Buyers Find Your Parts
Built to Help People Find You on Google
Each approved part gets a useful page with its name, available part number, pictures, price, and condition. Dealers and repair shops searching for a specific part could find your website and order.
We include the initial setup that helps Google understand your website (SEO). Search visibility takes time, and rankings are not guaranteed.
Marketing That Leads Back to Your Store
The system helps create social posts using approved parts and pictures. Posts link directly to your store.
βπ Now parting out a Toyota Camry. View available parts, prices, and pickup or shipping options on our website.β
Scheduling and automatic publishing depend on the social connections supported and agreed for launch. When a part sells, the website reflects its availability and the system stops creating new promotions for it.
Make Buying Easier for Dealers
Dealers and repair shops can search, ask questions, order, and receive a receipt. They can also request a part you do not currently have.
Correct parts, honest descriptions, and dependable delivery give them a reason to return.
What Is Automated?
The System Handles Much of the Computer Work
After approval, it can publish listings, take online payments, reserve sold parts, notify employees, and send customer updates. It also helps prepare descriptions, suggested prices, and marketing.
Your Team Handles the Parts
Your employees still inspect and approve parts, confirm fit, remove sold parts, pack orders, and ship them.
This is a helpful system β not a fully hands-free business. Your team stays in charge of the parts.
Your Custom Build and Launch
We will customize your branding, website, employee workspace, and agreed workflows around how your lot handles salvage cars and parts. We begin with one location and a few donor vehicles to test the complete process before expanding.
The setup includes:
- Your branded parts website.
- Your employee web app.
- Connected vehicle and parts inventory.
- AI-assisted parts lists and listing drafts.
- Online checkout for approved parts.
- Order notifications and customer updates.
- Initial SEO setup.
- Agreed marketing connections.
- Employee training and launch testing.
Advanced parts-fit databases, automatic freight quotes, additional marketplaces, multiple locations, and new features are quoted separately when requested. We confirm outside services and the final launch scope before starting.
